Dunderveckan & Dundermarknaden

När sommaren är som allra ljusast förvandlas Strömsund till en sprudlande mötesplats under Dunderveckan. Här, vid Ströms Vattudal, fylls gator och torg av liv, gemenskap och glädje. Dunderveckan är en älskad tradition som sedan länge samlar både ortsbor och besökare i en vecka fylld av spännande aktiviteter, musik och oförglömliga upplevelser.

Varje dag under Dunderveckan bjuder på något nytt – från fartfyllda sporttävlingar och barnvänliga aktiviteter till kulturella evenemang och konserter. Strömsund pulserar av energi när lokala eldsjälar och gäster från när och fjärran tillsammans skapar en unik atmosfär av glädje och samhörighet.

Veckans höjdpunkt är Dundermarknaden, som har rötter ända tillbaka till 1983. Här möts gammaldags marknadstradition och modern underhållning. På hembygdsgården vid Ströms Vattudal lockar marknaden med ett brett utbud av knallar, där allt från hantverk och lokalproducerad mat till spännande tivoli och aktiviteter för alla åldrar väntar.

Njut av dofterna från mattorget, lyssna på livemusik från scenen och känn stämningen i krögartälten när kvällen närmar sig. För familjer väntar barnaktiviteter och för ungdomar erbjuds specialanpassade evenemang som garanterar att ingen går uttråkad.
